THC detection estimator - cannabis leaf

THC is the tricky one, brother. It parks itself in fat and leaks out slowly, so how often you smoke matters far more than how much you smoked last weekend. Plug in your pattern below for a research-based range.

Where these numbers come from

Clinical reviews report THC-COOH in urine for about 3 days after single use, 5-7 days with moderate use, 10-15 days with daily use, and more than 30 days in long-term heavy users at the standard 50 ng/mL cutoff. More sensitive 20 ng/mL tests catch it longer. See our detection table.

Why body fat matters

THC is fat-soluble. Regular users build a reservoir that releases metabolites over days to weeks. Hard exercise or sudden weight loss right before a test can release stored THC back into the blood.

Questions people ask

Can I speed THC elimination up?

No method is proven to clear stored THC quickly. Time is the only reliable factor.

Do home strips use the same cutoff as labs?

Many use 50 ng/mL, some 20 ng/mL. Check the box.
