TestClear Product Fact Sheets: What Each One Is, Claims and Can't Do

TestClear product facts - pills and capsules

TestClear sells a lot of stuff. Some of it, like home drug tests and fuel-cell breathalyzers, does exactly what it says on the box. Some of it makes claims no independent study backs up. Here's the honest rundown, and yes, we earn a commission if you buy.

Home drug tests (our top pick)

10-Panel Home Dip Test, 5-Panel Home Dip Test and single-drug kits like the Marijuana Test Kit use the same immunoassay technology labs use for screening. They tell you where you stand before anyone else finds out. Check the cutoff printed on the box. Evidence: strong, as long as you read them in the time window.

Saliva and hair kits

SalivaConfirm 5-Panel screens oral fluid on the spot. Hair Confirm Express is mailed to a lab and covers about 90 days. Both are real tests.

Breathalyzers

AlcoMate AL9000 uses a fuel-cell sensor, the same type police screening devices use. Alcoscan AL2500 is a cheaper semiconductor unit, fine for a rough check. Never use either to decide you're fit to drive.

Detox drinks and pills

XXtra Clean, Mega Clean and Fast & Clean Pills are cleansing products. Their main real effect is hydration and diluting urine, plus creatine and B vitamins to keep creatinine and color normal. No peer-reviewed study shows they remove drug metabolites from your body, and labs flag dilute samples. The FDA hasn't approved any product for this.

Shampoos and mouthwash

Ultra Clean Shampoo and Toxin Rid Rescue Wash are sold as deep cleansers. There's no independent evidence they reliably change hair or saliva test results.

Powdered urine kit

The Powdered Urine Kit is sold for calibration and novelty use. Using synthetic or substitute urine for a real test is a crime in many states, labs test for it, and it counts as a refusal in DOT testing. We don't explain how to use it for a test.

Guides

The Definitive Guide to False Positives is a handy reference on medications and foods that can trigger false positives, so you can talk to the MRO with facts.

Straight talk, brother to brother.

No product can promise you a pass, and the only certain way is to not use. Tampering with a drug test can be illegal and is usually treated as a refusal. We never help anyone beat DOT, federal, safety-sensitive, or court-ordered tests.
